Richard Tilley Sr. Youth Athletic Foundation Richard Tilley, Sr., from whom the organization takes its name, was a man dedicated to his ideals. Of his many values, providing guidance and inspiration to the young was one he held most dear. Serving several years as a football coach, he lived his passion by helping students whenever possible. Whether in need of guidance, direction, or a shoulder to lean on, a person could rely on Mr. Tilley to provide. Unfortunately, he passed away in January 2009, and he will be sorely missed by a loving and grateful community. We strive each day to live up to the example that Mr. Tilley left us.
